Welcome to Andalusi! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, services, and digital content (collectively, the “Services”). By using Andalusi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Andalusi app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 4 years old to use Andalusi. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

• Andalusi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.

• Not engage in unauthorized activities, such as hacking, reverse engineering, or disrupting the functionality of the app.

• Refrain from uploading harmful, infringing, or illegal content.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content within Andalusi, including designs, templates, stickers, fonts, and calligraphy, is the intellectual property of Andalusi or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content through the app in accordance with these Terms.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the content without explicit written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

• By uploading content to Andalusi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Services.

• You confirm that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

• Andalusi reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features in Andalusi are available through auto-renewable subscriptions, including:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.

• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

• Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Andalusi is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We make no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Services.

• Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andalusi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that harms other users or the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
